Don't have your size?

Send an email to with your requested item and size. Response will be received whether the item can be manufactured.

Please note that as this has to be manufactured, production time may be between 15-20 business days.

Once payment has been received, production will commence and a notification will be sent once the order is ready and has been shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns must be done strictly within 7 business days of the receipt of the goods. Goods must be unused, undamaged and in the condition it was received in.

In addition to the shipping of the goods, an email must be sent, also within the 7 business day period mentioned above, to notify us of the fact, as well as the reason for the return e.g. "Does not fit".

Goods are to be shipped to the address that will be provided to you in response to the above sent email.
Once the goods have been received on our side, it will be inspected to determine whether it is acceptable for a return/ refund.
In the case of a refund - it will then be made electronically.
In the case where an exchange is requested (e.g. another size) the new item will be shipped after the above process has been followed.

Please note that no returns or refunds will be done on custom designed items.

There will be a 5% handling fee charged on returned items.

Shipping & Collection

Orders will be shipped once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped to the address given, therefore please ensure this is accurate. We do not take responsibility for lost packages as ownership will transfer to the buyer at shipping point.

Please allow 5-10 working days for orders to be shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the area of the delivery address.

Collection options in Pretoria are available at no cost.
